A NOVELLA CONCEPT STORYThe local high school indie rock band is looking for a new guitarist, and no one expects Grace Bishop to walk into auditions. Shes awkward, self-absorbed and pretty annoying, at least from Cassies perspective. What she doesnt know is that people with autism arent that different: they just see the world from a different angle.SPECTRUM is a Novella Concept Story. It’s one of twelve novellas I will be writing this year to support charity organizations and those they represent. All royalties earned from online sales of this novella will be donated to BEST BUDDIES INTERNATIONAL, a nonprofit organization that provides friendship, job and leadership opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Special thanks to Hank and John Green. Without you, this idea would never have come to life.
